Job Description:
We seek a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm welcome and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and maintaining a positive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for office staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and copying.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and communication.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A positive, professional demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
